๐Ÿ“Š Reppy Feature

See exactly who's driving your reviews.

Every other review card is a dumb piece of plastic. Reppy gives each card, and each employee, its own tracked link, so you finally know who's actually getting your business reviewed.

The problem with every other card

You can't improve what you can't measure.

When reviews come in, you have no idea which employee, location, or card earned them. So you can't coach the laggards, reward the stars, or know what's working. Reppy fixes that, every tap is tracked back to the exact card that earned it.

What you get

Every angle on your reviews

Attribution

Per-person tracking

Give every technician, stylist, server, or agent their own card with its own link. When a customer taps, the review is credited to that person automatically, no logins, no manual tagging. You see who's pulling their weight and who needs a nudge.

Motivation

Team leaderboards

Turn reviews into a friendly competition. The monthly leaderboard shows who's on top, and nobody wants to be last. Trades and salons tell us this single feature doubles their review rate, because the team starts asking on its own.

Taps & reviews over time

Daily, weekly, and monthly charts of every tap, plus your Google rating climbing alongside. Spot your busiest days, see the impact of a push, and prove the cards are working.

Scale

Multi-location & monthly recap

Run more than one shop? Compare locations side by side in one dashboard. Every owner and manager gets a monthly recap email, "Your team got 312 taps in June, Mike led the pack", so the wins land in their inbox without logging in.

How the tracking works

1

Each card gets a unique link

We program every card to its own short link, like reppy.cards/joes-mike, instead of burning the raw Google URL onto it.

2

The tap is logged, then forwarded

When a customer taps, Reppy records the hit, time, device, location, then instantly forwards them to your Google review page. They never notice a thing.

3

It's credited to the right person

Because the link is unique to that card, the tap is attributed to the employee or location it belongs to, no manual work.

4

You watch it in the dashboard

Totals, trends, and leaderboards update live. Bonus: because the link is ours, we can re-point a card to a new page later without reprinting it.

Why it matters

What owners do with the data

๐ŸŽฏ

Coach the laggards

See who isn't asking for reviews and fix it in a 30-second conversation, backed by real numbers, not a hunch.

๐Ÿ…

Reward the stars

Spot-bonus the employee who drove the most reviews this month. Recognition that's earned and visible.

๐Ÿ”’

Lock in your rank

A steady, measured flow of fresh reviews keeps you climbing Google, and keeps competitors below you.

Questions

Analytics FAQ

Do my customers have to do anything different?

No. They tap the card and land on your Google review page exactly like normal. The tracking happens invisibly in the redirect.

Which plan includes per-person tracking?

Total tap counts are free on every card. Per-card history and trends come with Pro ($9/mo). Per-person attribution and leaderboards are on the Team plan ($19/mo).

Can I track multiple locations?

Yes, the Team plan compares every location in one dashboard, with per-location and per-employee breakdowns.

What exactly is tracked?

Tap count, date/time, device type (iPhone/Android), NFC vs QR, and approximate city. We never collect personal customer info.
